Stereotypes

I agree with the article, was a great difference between our country and the article is United States, it is understood that they begin with a culture of the "individual over the genre."

there is a male stereotype based on biology that deals with the most muscular development, this increased muscle development is based precisely on a stereotype. throughout the time the man was awarded this task to the point of changing your body frame.

Female Gender Stereotypes

Women do not need to go to college: a stereotype is overcome in Chile, the generation to which I belong ever think something.

  • Women are nurses, not doctors:
Perhaps here if poorly our society, almost human medicine belongs to a social group with a conservative viewpoint

  • Women do not play sports:
Definitely in Chile is a contradictory issue, global victories have given us the female athletes, while men's sports medals are lower

  • The best women are stay at home moms:

lots to work at that point, still has that vision.

Male Gender Stereotypes

  • Men do not cook, sew, or do crafts

is frowned upon that thought. occurs here in Chile, but this frowned

  • Men play sports

lol hopefully!, we are a too loose society!

  • As husbands, wives Their tell men what to do

occur in earlier generations, at least my age group do not see the family that way

  3. I think women and men clearly do not have the same physical body, but that does not mean that women are worth less than you. We can do the same things and maybe better, it just depends on the person, not our gender.
